Many things happen while we're asleep. As our bodies are repairing and rebuilding, and indeed resting and relaxing, our minds and spirits are busy with activities on other planes. One such activity that most of us are aware of is dreaming.

Various things can happen for us in the dream state. One that we are familiar with is "brain filing", the ordering and storing away of information received during the previous day. Past lives can be accessed through dreams. Sometimes a dream allows us to connect with loved ones who have passed over. A dream that we are flying indicates that our astral body is indeed travelling, to other places on the globe, or further out into the galaxy. We can have predictive dreams: we dream of an event and it then happens. And, most commonly, our dreams are used to convey messages to us.

Those messages are easy to understand, provided we can speak the language. A good starting point is: Everything in a dream is an aspect of you . So, look at what is happening in a dream and consider what aspect of yourself you are being shown, and what you are being told about it.

A vehicle represents how you are progressing along your path - a red sports car indicates faster and more powerful progress than a horse and cart, for example.

A building represents your whole being, not just your physical body. So moving to a larger dwelling, or up to a higher floor, is a good sign. Flooding caused by leaky pipes is not!

A woman represents your feminine energy - the gentle, caring, creative, intuitive energy - and a man represents your masculine energy - the driving, active, determined energy.
